SALES TAX
Per state tax laws, we are required to charge applicable tax on orders shipping to Wisconsin and Minnesota. The amount of tax, based on the exact location the order ships to, will be added to your order accordingly.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING INFORMATION
Shipping and handling charge is $14.00 per order anywhere in the continental USA and will ship via UPS Ground. Orders can be shipped via expedited air freight. Call to inquire.

NORMAL DELIVERY
Generally, orders will be shipped within ten (10) business days of receipt of your order. Unless otherwise specified, all orders will ship via UPS Ground. Most domestic orders will be delivered in 10-15 business days.
RUSH ORDERS
Orders can be expedited. Please call to inquire.
Orders can be shipped via expedited air freight, too. Call to inquire. Applicable shipping charges will be added accordingly.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
For defective merchandise or shortages, you can obtain a Return Authorization by calling our customer service department at 1-800-749-0822. All returns must have a Return Authorization (RA#) clearly written on the outside of the box at time of return.
